This is my 2nd arrangement with your shop. Both times my friend loved them. They held out for a long time and they made her difficult days more cheerful!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Flowers by Azalea offers carefully coordinated local delivery throughout Oceanside and select North County San Diego communities.
Each delivery is scheduled with the same attention to detail as the arrangement itself. Delivery fees are based on destination, and same-day service may be available for orders placed early in the day, subject to floral availability and our delivery schedule. Please contact us directly 760.547.1600 to inquire.
Preferred delivery windows may be requested and will be accommodated whenever possible. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance.
To ensure a seamless delivery, please provide a complete address, recipient telephone number, gate or access information, and any special instructions at the time of ordering.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement with a concierge, front desk, authorized recipient, or in another secure location when appropriate. If a second delivery attempt is necessary, an additional delivery fee may apply.
During holidays and other high-volume periods, delivery windows may be extended. Advance ordering is highly recommended to ensure the best selection and availability.
Every Flowers by Azalea arrangement is personally handled with care and thoughtfully presented so it arrives fresh, beautiful, and worthy of the occasion.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
